Sagicor Property Services Limited is seeking a suitable candidate to join our Sales & Leasing team in the capacity of: Sales Officer
Location: Kingston
As a Sales Officer, you will:
Assist with the administration of the Sagicor Property Services website.
Upload property information and status as needed.
Manage and monitor the aesthetic of the website and assisting with content creation for our social media pages.
Maintain the Sagicor Property Services’ website.
Upload Documents to the Document Library for realtors who will require access to these documents.
Manage the listing information submitted by realtors and approve listings that are to appear online.
Manage documents relating to the approval of listings to be posted online.
Input data from sales files to the backend of the website.
Effectively manage transaction information submitted by realtors.
Review compliance documents submitted by agent.
Flag clients within the database that have completed the compliance process marking them as compliant.
Advise agents of clients that have effectively completed the compliance process requesting that required documents are re-submitted.
Effectively manage website leads or property enquires by assigning to the appropriate realtors.
Follow up with realtors to ensure clients have been engaged as requested.
Work closely with Sales and Brand Managers to generate concepts and ideas.
Create digital and print promotional materials for properties listed in the portfolio.
Perform other job-related duties assigned from time to time.
What do you need?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or an equivalent qualification, from a recognized tertiary institution.
At least two (2) years’ working experience in the real estate industry.
Minimum of two (2) years’ working experience in the use of the Customer Relationship Management software.
Working experience with graphic designing software.
Sound knowledge of computer software packages including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Strong writing and editing skills.
High degree of creativity and innovation.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Graphic designing skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
