Operations Manager

What We're Looking For:

A passionate, positive, intuitive, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and compassionate leader. If you're a quick learner this job is for you! This role includes overseeing the daily operations, including client billing management, virtual assistants, checking to ensure everyone is carrying out their role effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

Serves customers by planning and implementing call center strategies and operations; improving systems and processes; managing staff.

Job Duties:

  • Determines call center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analyses; defining user requirements; establishing technical specifications, and production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.
  • Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades.
  • Accomplishes call center human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Source and conduct interviews with new applicants.
  • Conduct discovery calls with potential clients
  • Onboard New VAs and New Clients
  • Communicate with CEOs as needed
  • Will need to work full time and outside of normal business hours as needed

Pay: Starting at $9 USD per hour.
