OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Accounting Firm in Kingston
Duties:
- Manage the day to day running of the office, inclusive of general clerical, HR & receptionist duties.
- Provision of administrative support to Accountants and Partners.
- Prepare and submit regular reports as directed by Partners.
- Manage payroll and statutory reporting in a timely manner.
- Responsible for Account Receivables and Payables.
- Manage the delivery and retrieval of items to and from
- clients in an efficient manner & maintain clients’ files.
- Purchasing /receiving and maintenance of office supplies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- but relevant area of study.
- Basic Accounting skills including Payroll".
- Sound MS Office skills especially excel and word.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and decision making skills.
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks would be an asset.
