Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited is seeking a suitable candidate to join our Cards & Payments team in the capacity of: Issuing Programmes Associate (Contract)
- Support the issuing cards programme by providing assistance with activities associated with credit card initiatives and campaigns.
- Review and execute verification and validation of data extracts/ reports received from Business Intelligence, IT support units and end-user testing of product enhancements as needed.
- Provide support with client service requests and issues received from relevant departments including issues escalated by the Loyalty teams to the unit.
- Perform activities associated with initiatives and campaigns:
- Assist with finalizing data and performing actions required for executing limit increases, product upgrades and other usage & loyalty promotions.
- Assist with routine review and updates of procedures for portfolio stimulation initiatives.
- Assist with routine review and the documenting of changes required to card products’ profiles to improve the operating efficiency of the card portfolio.
- Prepare data file requirements and document processes to be executed for various initiatives &/ or campaigns through the initiation, launch, execution and monitoring to drive credit card spend, activation and support acquisition of new cards.
- Generate product level reports to facilitate segment reviews when requested.
- Process acceptance offers and supporting documents from our various alternate non-branch channels on a timely basis.
- Assist with the testing of new products and enhancements requiring system change.
- Provide support with client service requests and issues received from various departments including issues escalated by the cross-functional teams to the Program Management team.
- Perform other related duties assigned from time to time.
What do you need?
- Minimum of an associate’s degree in Business Studies, Management Studies or related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of two (2) years overall working experience.
- At least (1) year working experience in a financial institution preferably in card management or acquisition.
- Experience in card systems management would be an asset.
- Experience in customer service and operational duties.
- Strong computer software packages including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong analytical thinker combined with written and verbal communication.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
