Human Resource Administrative Assistant

Iberostar International in the Caribbean, with hotels in Mexico, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Cuba and now Jamaica invites applications from qualified candidates to fill the following position within our Human Resources Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate of Science in Business Administration or related studies.
• 2 years secretarial experience, preferably in a Human Resources environment.
• Certification in secretarial areas at college, business school or university.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suites and Microsoft Outlook.
• Spanish as a second language (a distinct asset)

• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to work well with others

PERFORMANCE CRITERIA

The job is satisfactorily performed when all deadlines for reports and statements are met.
