Job Description - Task
- Marketing and soliciting sales of new or additional services or products.
- Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services
- Keep written records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers problems.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or any planned adjustments.
- Determine charges for services requested or arrange for billing.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated Supervisors and Managers.
- Resolve customer service or billing complaints by referring to the proper steps.
- Recommend improvements in products, packaging, services, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems to Supervisors, Managers, and Company Leadership.
