Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited is seeking a suitable candidate to join our Credit Risk team in the capacity of: Credit Reporting and Database Management Officer
- Assist the Credit Reporting Analyst with the review and oversight of the credit database integrity.
- Prepare and disseminate regulatory, board and management reports within specified timelines.
- Prepare, monitor and coordinate inputs to regulatory reports within mandatory timelines and with the highest degree of accuracy.
- Produce board and management committee credit risk reports on key performance indicators within mandatory timelines.
- Assist the loans and credit card teams in the Asset Recoveries & Collections unit:
- Follow up with clients whose credit cards have been written off and are being handled internally.
- Provide relief for the Retail Recoveries Officer desk when required.
- Perform other related duties assigned from time to time.
What do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent qualification from a recognized tertiary institution.
- At least two (2) years working experience in regulatory and management reporting.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Resilient under pressure and able to adapt quickly to unforeseen work demands.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work to tight time scales.
- Report writing skills.
- Advanced knowledge of computer software packages, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
