
What we’re looking for
The 876Get Control Agent is the bridge between customers and stakeholders such as businesses and delivery partners. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that 876Get service agreements are met and to maintain communications with all parties involved. Agents will manage orders, answer incoming calls from customers who have placed orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information.
Responsibilities
❏ Monitoring incoming and on going orders
❏ Answer incoming calls
❏ Resolve or escalate customer complaints
❏ Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
❏ Provide order updates to customers
❏ Route calls to appropriate persons
❏ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
❏ Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
❏ Follow up customer calls where necessary
❏ Complete twice weekly reports
❏ Assist with creating tenants and data entry
❏ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
❏ High school diploma or equivalent
❏ Proficient in basic computer applications
❏ Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment
❏ Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
❏ Excellent data entry and typing skills
❏ Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
❏ Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
