BILLING CLERK - ST ANN'S BAY
KEY FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
ORDER ENTRY; BILLING
Key Competencies:
- Process orders from Sales Representatives, Telephone, Fax, Emall
- Coordinate with the relevant departments- order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, back orders
- Invoice verification
- Inform customers of shipping dates, delays or out of stock items before order ships
- Verity pricing of order before confirming order
- Billing
- Any other duties and assignments which the company deems appropriate
ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Associate Degree
- Secondary education with a passing grade In at least five (5) subjects CXC
- Working experience In a similar position Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications, especially Word, Excel
- Powerpoint and Quickbooks Accounting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
