ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:
Price all sorted goods
Ensure Accuracy in approved store price points
Assist in receiving unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing
Read customer orders, work orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed and/or shipped
Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed and/or shipped
Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.
Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
Assist in counting of physical inventory.
Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.
Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
Wear the proper safety equipment.

Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method
Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:
In addition to performance of the essential functions above, this position may be required to perform a combination of other supportive functions, to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of Fontana Limited.
Job Requirement
EXPERIENCE; EDUCATION OR CERTIFICATION
School Leaving Certificate
At least 5 CXC subject including Mathematics and English
At least 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
Ability to provide clear and accurate verbal instructions and directions to individuals with various levels of technical expertise
Willingness to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to arrange items into logical orders or patterns according to a specific rule or set of rules
Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate (verbal, listening, writing) and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.
Ability to operate motor vehicles (e.g., trucks, carts) for product relocation
Must be detailed oriented and a multitasker with superb organizational skills
Must possess a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
Must have strong internal and external customer service skills
Willingness to demonstrate lateral service and support in a cooperative and pleasant manner for the overall good of the company.
