The purpose of this position is to give support to the Beauty Manager and beauty teams across all locations. Working along with the Beauty Manager, the incumbent will complete assigned roles daily, in addition to performing some administrative tasks. The Senior Beauty Officer will function as a contact in the absence of the Beauty Manager, to respond to all matters of relevance.
The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:
Monitor system and physical stock levels for foreign goods at all locations
Identifying training opportunities for beauty team members
Assists in conducting hiring interviews
Maintains international sales records for inventory control
Follows up on international orders when sent
Schedules international orders in keeping ordering forecasts
Organizes monthly service incentives and monthly perks for the beauty team
Must be able to keep up with new beauty and personal care developments and trends
Liaises with the necessary parties.
Keep up to date with international order sheets and monthly discounts and deals
Organizes monthly beauty team meetings and takes notes
Liaises with the marketing department and store management for instore promotions
Ensures that local group orders are completed and sent for approval in a timely manner
Job Requirement
Bsc. in Business Administration Management or any other related degree
Solid knowledge of beauty
Marketing & purchasing experience
At least 1-year experience in retail experience would be an asset
Certificate in inventory management – would be an asset
