Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited is seeking a suitable candidate to join our Retail Banking team in the capacity of: Project Assistant (6-Month Contract)
Location: Kingston
As a Project Assistant, you will:
Assist with Know Your Clients (KYC) remediation, ensuring that clients’ accounts are updated timely and accurately on core banking system in keeping with regulatory standard.
Be effective and efficient in contacting clients to clarify/ verify and request additional information as needed.
Ensure that client service is always maintained at its highest standards.
Perform KYC remediation/ ensure clients’ accounts are updated on core banking system.
Contact clients to clarify/ verify and request additional information.
Monitor branches KYC email in-box daily.
Scan and upload KYC documents to T24 for each CIF record.
Provide ongoing assistance and guidance to branches with queries for the KYC Project.
Perform other related duties assigned from time to time.
What do you need?
Minimum of six (6) CSEC subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
Training in Customer Service would be an asset.
At least one (1) year working experience in data entry would be an asset.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of commercial banking operations functions would be an asset.
Customer-centric with good interpersonal, communication and complaint handling skills.
Working knowledge of Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA).
Ability to work in a team environment.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
