Are you an experienced Human Resources professional looking for an opportunity to grow with a dynamic company? GP Services is expanding and seeking a talented HR Specialist based in Jamaica to join our team!
Position: HR Specialist
Location: Montego Bay
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Ministry of Labor laws
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
- Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Work with management team during onboarding process as well as training and engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Human Resources (2+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Jamaican labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (extensive knowledge of Excel and Word required)
- Recruitment capabilities through social media
