Alliance Financial Services Limited a member of the Sagicor Group is seeking a suitable candidate to join our Belmont Operations team in the capacity of: Client Service Associate
Location: Kingston
 
As A Client Service Associate, you will:
  • Deliver superior service and experience with every interaction with the company’s clients consistent with the objectives of the division.
  • Provide prompt and accurate information, process transactions, receive and distribute incoming mails/ documentation.
  • Review invoices and submit for approval.
  • Liaise with bearers of administrative assistant to ensure distribution of mail/ documentation received.
  • Accurately process cambio transactions received from trader.
  • Accurately input cambio entries into accounting software when received from Treasury Officer.
  • Email commission statements to sub-agent.
  • Distribute email commission statements to mailing list provided by the remittance team.
  • Log incoming remittance forms received from Courier.
  • Arrange for the shipment of boxes to storage after being packed by Remittance or Cambio Operations.
  • Greet clients and bearers whilst monitoring flow of clients.
  • Contact clients or sub-agent network to collect any data required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
What do you need?
  • Diploma or associate degree in Business Studies, Management Studies related discipline from a recognized Institution.
  • At least two (2) years overall working experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent human relations skills.
  • Ability to produce reports.
  • Sound knowledge of computer software packages including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent attitude to client service and teamwork.
