WHO WE ARE
Premier Recovery Solutions was formed in October 2016 with the aim of setting new standards for service, quality and recovery rates within the debt collection industry. Our goal is to make a significant contribution to the revenue streams of all of our clients through constructive engagement with customers and the consistent delivery of market leading performance.
Since its formation, PRS has grown steadily with offices in Florida and Jamaica. As the company continues to grow with the capacity and infrastructure to expand, we will open additional offices throughout the Southeast region.
OUR OPERATION
Premier Recovery Solutions provides collection services for both consumer and commercial debts as well as outsourced arrears collections conducted in the name of our client and business clients accepted on a contingency basis.
Exceptional performance is a key element of our service to clients and is monitored. Access to timely and detailed data helps us to amend collection strategies on an ongoing basis ensuring performance is always maximized and we export data via a web based software server database to deliver fully-tailored management information meaning that our clients are always fully aware of how we are performing on their accounts at any point in time.
