A medium-sized, Kingston-based distribution Company is seeking to employ an exceptional, experienced, target-driven, and motivated Sales Manager.
The incumbent will be contracted to manage a team of sales representatives, while enabling client acquisition, driving revenue growth targets, and ensuring that the Company maintains a competitive edge within the industry.
Key Competencies and Skills:
- Exceptional communication, persuasion and soliciting skills.
- Strong business acumen skills with an in-depth or retail industry
- Extremely strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team, drive performance, conflict resolution skills and coaching abilities.
- Data-driven, analytical, technologically-savvy, with strong mathematical/economical and decision-making skills
Qualifications:
- BA, MBA, or MSc. in Business Administration, Management Studies, Economics, Banking & Finance, Project Management, or a related field
- At least three years successful experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager with proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Must have a clean police record (No convictions or run-ins with the law)
