Lubricating Specialties Company Jamaica Limited is recruiting the talent of qualified and experienced Production Floor Supervisor

This position is located in May Pen, Clarendon.
Primary Responsibilities
- Providing guidance and direction to production floor personnel In a fast-paced environment of all production plans through dally scheduling and assignment of personnel & production
- Provides detailed manufacturing Information through compilation, initiation and analysis of production performance records and data
- Ensure all stations are producing finished goods to the company's quality standards
- Maintains an accurate record of daily productions activities acturately
- Develop and Implement Innovative strategies to streamline production process
- Ensure all documented requirements/standards are maintained and observed
- Collaborating with team members to ensure verification and accuracy of goods dispatched and received
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree In Operations, or related field Is preferred I
- Minimum three (3) years' experience In a similar role
- Sound knowledge of Industry-best practices
- Proficient In all Microsoft Office applications
- Experience & knowledge of ERP systems such as Orade, SAP would be 2 plus
- Outstanding time management skills
- Must be a team player
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
