JANITORIAL SUPERVISOR required

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Provide supervision and direction to the team in the daily delivery of services;
• Schedule assignments for the timely completion of tasks;
• Monitor the quality and timeliness of assigned janitorial duties;
• Distributes chemicals, tools and equipments for use and maintains inventory;

• At least 3 years proven work experience in then delivery of janitorial/sanitation services;
• Good leadership skills and time management skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good planning and organizational skills
