Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited is seeking a suitable candidate to join our Branch Operations (New Brunswick Village) team in the capacity of: Digital Channel Associate – New Brunswick (Contract)
Location: St. Catherine
 
 
As a Digital Channel Associate, you will:
  • Provide first level assistance to clients wishing to utilize the digital channels within the branch.
  • Provide support to the branch management by ensuring that clients can successfully log into and navigate the various digital channel(s) of choice which include online banking, ATM utilization and self-serve kiosks.
  • Register clients for products that provide access to digital channels,
  • Monitor the service delivery and utilization of the digital channels.
  • Normal office environment which requires being on one’s feet for long periods.
  • Provide superior service through greeting and directing walk-in clients to the appropriate digital channel within the branch.
  • Assist clients with information about the various channels.
  • Assist clients with logging onto and navigating the selected channel(s).
  • Develop an awareness of the digital products offered by Sagicor Bank and its competitors, sufficient to recognize opportunities, explain features and benefits and refer appropriately.
  • Ensure that clients’ waiting area/ time are maintained as per bank’s standard.
  • Action clients’ queries and direct them to the appropriate resource for resolution.
  • Ensure that product material and other client materials are readily available to support migration to digital channels.
  • Provide branch management with client feedback on their experience with the digital channel(s).
  • Perform other job-related duties assigned from time to time.
What do you need?
  • Minimum of an Associate degree in Business Management or a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Formal training in customer service would be an asset.
  • Prior experience in a Commercial Banking environment would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the Bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA).
  • Knowledge of the Bank’s code of ethics and service standards.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and complaint handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of confidentiality
