RESORT EXPERIENCE MANAGER -nBoutique hotel in negril seeking suitable candidates to fill
this position
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Must have a First Degree in Events Management
- 6 years minimum in a Resort Senior capacity in a Hotel
- Detailed knowledge of Hotel/Resort Operations with specific experience in Food & Beverage, Events and Sales.
- Detailed knowledge of Customer Service
- Must be able to develop standards, guidelines and creating training manuals and materials for team members to be successful in their jobs.
- Must be able to set up goals and objectives for the Department or team to ensure that objectives are met or exceeded.
- Responsible for co-ordinating all special events and theme nights
- Proactively Audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses.
