- REQUIREMENTS:

• The Applicant Must have 5 years plus years of experience on a practical basis
• Preferable Villa experience
• Be Passionate and provide excellent customer service in villa setting
• Responsible for ensuring kitchen s run efficiently and effectively
• Highly organised and punctual with meal delivery to guests
• Hardworking And able to work with others well.
• Work Long hours and ability to work well under pressure
• To focus on guests needs and remain calm and courteous at all times.
• Must be a team player, strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Demonstrate knowledge of budget planning and financial controls
• Develop Menus for guests with all dietary needs
• Ability to purchase in responsible and economical quantities for guests
• Cater To Variety of international cuisine
• Able To Desserts, pastries, breads
• Creative Displays And Showcasing including fruit carvings and ice sculptures
• Hands On Approach to diverse situations of villa and guest stay
  
• Computer literate
