Restaurants of Jamaica Limited, operators of the KFC and Pizza Hut brands, is seeking to employ suitably qualified professionals to join its restaurant support team, in the following capacity:
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS OFFICER
- The ER Officer should have in-depth knowledge of human resource management practices, procedures, and techniques to support successful engagement with employees in resolving grievance and disciplinary matters at all levels within the organization. The preferred candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management o related course study.
- Minimum 3 years' experience handling disciplinary procedures, with ability to function independently.
