Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited is seeking a suitable candidate to join our Insurance and Pension Revenue team in the capacity of: Wellness Support Officer
Location: Kingston
 
 
As a Wellness Support Officer, you will:
  • Support the Wellness & Client Engagement Manager in executing the core KPIs of the Wellness Strategy.
  • Liaise with partners and prospects to provide information and reports arising from Wellness engagements.
  • Provide supervision for the Mobile wellness unit team to keep track of activities driving upselling of wellness services, and lead generation.
  • Assist with building relationships with existing and potential clients to create value added options for Group Health/Wellness clients.
  • Execute business development strategies to reach targeted companies.
  • Secure agreements for discounts and exclusive offers for Sagicor clients.
  • Assist with tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relating to Wellness targets for the various wellness solutions including targets for reducing utilization rates.
  • Review and Coordinate the Mobile wellness bus schedule.
  • Liaise with the lead nurse and driver teams to ensure staffing requirements are met for each commitment.
  • Collate register of assignments for each team member and draft memo for payment of wages.
  • Liaise with the team leads to ensure inventory is managed.
  • Track input of data for screenings done at each visit and ensure data is channelled to the assigned “warehouse” to facilitate trend analysis and reports.
  • Assist with managing the scorecards and activities of groups participating in the wellness programmes.
  • Perform other job-related duties assigned from time to time.
What do you need?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Management Studies, Business Administration, Marketing or an equivalent qualification from a recognized tertiary institution
  • Minimum of two (2) years working experience in a sales or client facing environment.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry would be an asset.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • High level of confidentiality and flexibility.
  • Strong proficiency in the use of personal computing, productivity applications, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, JotForms and Canva.
