Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited is seeking a suitable candidate to join our Insurance Operations Services – Provide and Auditing Services team in the capacity of: Provider Services Assistant (Contract)
Location: Kingston
As a Provider Services Assistant, you will:
- Research provider claims resubmissions, investigate and prepare end of business statements for providers as requested.
- Respond to providers' telephone queries.
- Investigate and prepare end-of-business statements for providers as requested.
- Research provider claims resubmission as required and respond to the provider.
- Consult with the Supervisor as needed.
- Receive and respond to provider telephone queries.
- Communicate with internal departments to have issues resolved.
- Perform other related duties assigned from time to time.
What do you need?
- At least six (6) GCE O’Level/ CSEC subjects inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of computer software packages such as word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Good time management and human relations skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
