Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited is seeking a suitable candidate to join our Client Adoption, Retention and Enrichment team in the capacity of: Digital Adoption Associate
Location: Kingston
 
 
As a Digital Adoption Associate you will:
  • Assist with driving user adoption of Sagicor’s technological assets by encouraging and enabling internal and external clients to increase usage as well as promote migration to more efficient channels to optimize the user experience.
  • Play a major role in assisting to build relationships with internal and external clients to support increased usage of Sagicor’s digital solutions.
    • Assist with communicating with stakeholders to promote the acceleration of the digital transformation agenda.
    • Setup discovery sessions with users and clients to encourage the digital first mindset.
  • Assist with the coordination of user training and the promotion for targeted applications.
  • Record and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user adoption and migration and share insights to inform business strategies:
    • Collect, collate, and present data from targeted sources to compile required reports.
    • Maintain the repository of data collected.
  • Assist with the development of clear and concise quick reference user guides for targeted solutions, frequently asked questions, and other knowledge-based material to support the use of technological solutions.
  • Prepare regular reports on activities related to the role.
  • Perform other related duties assigned from time to time.
What do you need?
  • Minimum of a Diploma or Associate degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Management Studies, Marketing or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of two years (2) working experience in a business/ corporate environment.
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry would be an asset.
  • Successful completion of LOMA Parts I and II would be an asset.
  • Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • High level of confidentiality and flexibility.
  • Ability to prioritize and good time management skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of computer software packages such as word processing, spreadsheet and PowerPoint applications.
