Description
A reputable company in the construction industry seeks applications from suitable candidates to fill the following position of: CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE Kingston
JOB SUMMARY
To serve as the point of reference for all incoming sales enquiries and to coordinate all sales functions in the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond in a timely and courteous manner to all incoming:sales
- Follow up all customer queries
- Provide after sales service
- Manage customer complaints to resolution
Qualification Profile:
- Preferred Diploma in Customer Service/Sales or other related field
- Minimum of 4 CXC passes including Math & English
- At least 3 years, experience in sales or customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Well-developed customer service skills
