Aquarion Asset Management is recruiting 3rd Party Debt Collections Specialists in Montego Bay, St. James
3rd Party Debt Collections company in Montego Bay looking to fill several open positions immediately! This is a great opportunity to join a growing team where we focus on SUCCESS! Several positions available for serious workers looking for unlimited earning potential!
These positions are in our Montego Bay, Jamaica office and are IN-PERSON positions.
These positions are NOT REMOTE!
You control your earnings! Earn base salary PLUS daily incentives AND a monthly Commission for achieving your goals.
Ideal applicants will have a serious, energetic, motivated and driven personality. Prior call center/phone experience is required, and any previous debt collections, customer service, sales and/or negotiating skills is a plus.
If you're coach-able and willing to learn, we can provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to be successful!

Position Details may include:
- Outbound dialing for Right Party Contact
- Resolves past-due balances with consumers.
- Provides quality customer service
- Educates clients on the resolution process and options
- Follows all company policies/procedures and maintains compliance with all regulations.
Compensation Details:
- PAID Training
- Base Salary commensurate with experience
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly incentives
- Monthly performance commission for meeting and exceeding financial targets
- Quarterly Performance Reviews/Merit Increases
