Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position within the Human Resource Management & Development Unit, at the National Land Agency.
SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (LEAVE) - (VACANT)
Job Purpose
To provide operational support in the Human Resource Management Branch particularly in the area of leave administration.

- Manual leave systems updated
- Leave utilization reports prepared
- Leave status communicated
- Leave correspondence filed
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors the electronic leave system to respond to requests for leave
- Computes leave and notifies employees on approval of leave applications
- Up-dates leave management system in respect of leave utilized and leave balances
- Maintains an electronic leave spreadsheet to inform staff about their leave utilization
- Computes leave utilization and prepares scheduled reports
- Notifies electronically, staff who exhausted their sick and casual leave
- Undertakes the updating of leave cards from monthly attendance reports
- Informs Directors, Managers, Accounts and Audit about the leave status (utilization) of employees
- Files leave-related correspondence
Other Responsibilities
- Performs from time to time other related duties assigned.

- Leave is accurately computed
- All leave systems are updated accurately and within specified timeframe
- Relevant parties for leave information are notified within the time specified
- Employees’ leave-related correspondence are correctly filed in a timely manner
- Utilization reports are accurate and prepared in the agreed timeframe
- Confidentiality of information is maintained

Minimum required Education and Experience
- Five (5) CXC/GCE ‘O’ Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics
- Two years related working experience in leave and records management
Remuneration Package :- Salary Range : $1,166,538.00- $1,247,093.00 p.a.
