Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Director, Human Resource Management & Administration is responsible for providing leadership for strategic Human Resource Management. The Director is also responsible for directing, facilitating and monitoring the day-to-day human resource management activities within the Agro Investment Corporation; supporting the Chief Executive Officer in executing strategic initiative to attract, develop and retain skilled and productive employees.
