The Board of Management of the ORACABESSA HIGH SCHOOL invites applications for the post of

PRINCIPAL

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the school’s operation, providing visionary and strategic leadership to the staff, parents, students and other stakeholders.

To be considered, all applicants MUST be trained graduates with at least three (3) years approved teaching service. The ideal candidate will have:

• Post Graduate Qualifications in Education or Education Leadership

• Supervisory Experience at the Secondary Level

• Sound Knowledge of Legislation and Policies governing education in Jamaica

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills

• A Firm and Fair Approach to Discipline
