Worldnet Microfinance Limited invites applications for the following position: BRANCH SUPERVISOR FOR ITS: PORTMORE / LINSTEAD / MAY PEN / SANTA CRUZ / ST. ANN'S BAY
/ MANDEVILLE / OCHO RIOS / PORTLAND BRANCHES
Task And Qualifications:
- A Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent
- At Least three (3) years managerial experience in a Supervisory/Management capacity
- Must have initiative and be able to grow Branch Loan Portfolio and manage receivables
- To Strategically develop marketing plans, strategies and tactics that will drive and improve the Company’s growth
- Must be 35 years or older
- Must own and operate a reliable Motor Vehicle
- Must have excellent planning, problem solving and analytical skills
- To Effectively supervise staff ensuring they adhere to Company’s Policies and Procedures
- Must be competent in computer related software
- Previous experience working in the Microfinancing/Banking sector would be an asset
The Ideal Candidate must:
- Be able to communicate well both orally and in writing
- Be highly motivated and performance driven
- Be Analytical and have excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Be able to work on own initiative and under pressure
- Have a keen eye for details
