Assistant Manager, Risk & Compliance
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
- Develop, implement, and enhance CCI‘:s Compliance policies and procedures including those related to AML/CFT
- Mitigate regulatory (including AML) risks associated with CUNA Caribbean’s products and services by identifying and diagnosing where compliance activity is required within CCI’s operations
- Plan, design and implement the risk management process for the organization
- Conduct enterprise risk assessments through the identification and description of quantitative and qualitative risks affecting CUNA Caribbean.
- Establish risk criteria for CCl and use these as the basis for the evaluation of identified risks.
- Identify measures to control and mitigate risks in collaboration with leadership team.
- First degree in Business Management or related discipline
- Good knowledge of financial services regulatory environment in Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, and the
- 5-7 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Compliance experience including AMLEand for Audit
