A leading Hardware Retailer seeks qualified persons for the following position: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Duties & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Creating and maintaining staff, suppliers, etc. files
  • Act as relief receptionist
  • Telephone switchboard operating
  • Disbursement of cheques
  • Procure stationery and maintain adequate stock levels
  • Accounting functions including recording journal transactions,
  • Typing letters, memos and other office documents
  • Perform other general administrative tasks 
  • Minimum 5 CXC passes including:
  • Principle of Accounts
  • Principles of Business
  • Office Administration
  • Information Technology
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in an Office
  • Mature, disciplined and confidential
  • Must have proper time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, E-Mail
