Premier Recovery Solutions Limited invites qualified candidates to apply for the role of:
HR Specialist / Payroll Manager (Montego Bay)

(On-Site – Jamaica Office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process payroll for all Jamaica-based employees on a bi-weekly schedule
  • Ensure compliance with Jamaican labor laws, tax, and payroll regulations
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Address HR-related queries and payroll discrepancies in a timely, respectful manner
  • Maintain Daily performance tracking, attendance monitoring through TimeClock, and handle disciplinary procedures
  • Collaborate with the U.S.-based management team to align processes and updates

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisor/management role with some experience with payroll administration (Jamaica-based experience required)
  • Strong knowledge of Jamaica Ministry of Labor employment laws and payroll systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and HR software
  • Positive attitude and resourceful problem-solving mindset
