A leading player in the Residential and light Commercial Construction & Decorative Solutions-industry is recruiting a competent Technical Officer
DUTES INCLUDE
- Performing site inspections/surveys and liaising with customers
- Replicating existing structures/objects as drawings with the proposed solutions included
- Estimating quantities and producing costs
- Coordinating/supervising production and installation operations
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Is an expert user of AutoCad
- Has competence using SketchUp or other 3-D Rendering programs
- Thinks and creates using 3-D imagination
- Works autonomously, reliably and with great attention to detail
- Is creative with strong technical competence to bring the creations to production
- Has expertise in using Microsoft Excel
- Has worked in Structural Engineering, Building Construction and/dr Mechanical Engineering. (This is a requirement)
- Has a valid General Driver's License and a good driving record
- Possesses formal certification to match the stated profile
