Description
A leading Real Estate Developer is seeking to recruit Sales Representatives for Development Projects in Kingston, St. Catherine and St. James. Suitable qualified persons are invited to apply.
 
Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop a client base while generating new leads in order to secure prospective clients
  • Explain and guide prospective purchasers through the home ownership process
  • Establish a trusting relationship with prospective clients
  • Conduct follow up activities (calls, visits, model unit viewing) with prospective clients deemed necessary to close the sales
  • Meet predetermined sales targets within agreed timelines
  • Participate and assist in open house events, office presentations, public and promotional events deemed necessary to attract prospective clients
  • Ensure the delivery and drive of direct marketing initiates
  • Provide information about future developments to prospective clients 
  • Provide market intelligence on the housing industry for current and future developments
  • Attend and participate in internal and external sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in Business or Marketing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of WINDOWS and related programmes
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a highly-driven sales environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
  • Background in the real estate industry would be an asset
