A large distribution and manufacturing company invites suitably qualified dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team of: Sales Representatives
Reporting to the Director of Sales and based in Kingston and St. Andrew, we are seeking results-driven Sales
Representatives with excellent interpersonal skills, pleasing and charismatic personalities to actively join our sales team to educate, support and engage new and existing customers to our increasing range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling the Company’s range of products and services using solid arguments to prospective, new and existing customers;
- Develop and maintain solid, profitable, and positive business relationships with existing and new customers;
- Analyse the market’s potential to track sales and drive future sales by maintaining and encouraging positive relationships with customers;
- Serve as a point of contact between customers and company and report status;
- Supply management with reports on competitive activities and potential for growth;
- Perform cost benefits and needs analyses of potential and existing clients in order to meet targets;
- Achieve agreed sales targets and reporting requirements;
- Liaise with the Sales Department and the Credit Department in order to minimise risks;
- Ensure company/customer compliance in accordance with company regulations;
- Keep abreast of best practices and trends
- Continuously improve on sales through customer satisfaction and feedback.
