Sales Associate needed in a growing home maintenance and repair business in Kingston and St. Catherine
Ideal candidate will be passionate, outgoing, well spoken, keen on generating business, actively seek to improve client relationships and create opportunities to up-sell products and services. The ideal candidate will also have strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of home installation and repairs to plumbing systems, household equipment, carpentry, masonry etc. a plus
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Present, promote and sell products/services to customers
- Supervise technicians and ensure quality
- Schedule installations/repairs and travel to repair sites
- Handle materials requests
- Actively seek new business through cold calling etc.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Associate Degree in sales with at least 3 years’ experience. If no degree, 5 years experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work remotely
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess drivers license
- Own motor vehicle an asset
