RECEPTIONIST/ACCOUNTING CLERK
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Business or Accounting
- At least two years accounting clerk experience with the QuickBooks Software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Driven & Deadline Oriented
- Customer Service Oriented
Responsibilities
- Accurately maintains accounting records using QuickBooks software
- Maintains a daily record of receivables, payables and lodgments
- Maintains the general ledger account entries
- Maintains the Maintenance Fee Register and receipt books, expenses vouchers and bank accounts.
- Prepares cheques and payment vouchers for signatures.
- Assists in the preparation of financial reports, analysis and summaries
- Provides monthly statements of accounts to owners in a timely manner
- Accurately performs all record keeping and filing activities, computer data entry and other computerized activities, including backing up all data files on a daily basis
