Applications are invited for the post of Operations Clerk
Job Details:
- Maintain electronic filing and imaging of customer documents
- Prepare and scan maintenance instructions to
- ASO for processing in the various operating systems.
- Review client credit lines
- Maintain a tracking system and tickler for current and expiring and overdraft contracts.
- Prepare and circulate monthly tracking report.
- Maintain a tracking system and tickler for
- Bases/Accounts opened and closed.
- Prepare and circulate monthly tracking report.
- Monitor the legal lending limit and relevant
- SBLC for usage and adherence to corporate and regulatory guidelines at each disbursement.
- Prepare and circulate monthly and quarterly
- SBLC usage report for Financial Control regulatory reporting.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of overdraft lines and submit to Banking Team, Risk Management.
Qualification and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year banking operations or similar field
- Proficiency with Windows Microsoft Office Applications.
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
