GODDARD CATERING GROUP (JAMAICA) LIMITED, a subsidiary of Goddard Enterprises Limited is seeking a dynamic and result oriented individual to be a part of its Production team in Montego Bay.
The Jnr. Sous Chef will report to the Executive Chef.
APPLICANTS SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING: -
- Tertiary level education in Food Services and Institutional Management with relevant training in Sanitation and Hygiene in the food industry.
- A strong culinary background.
- Supervisory experience with the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Well-developed leadership qualities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours public holidays and weekends.
- Holder of a valid food handler’s permit.
- Computer literacy.
- Experience in offsite events catering.
- Knowledge in cost control and be able to manage food cost.
- Experience in customer service techniques and a good knowledge of the food service industry.
