INFORMATION AND COMPLAINTS OFFICER (GMG/AM 3)
(REPORTS TO THE DIRECTOR OF INVESTIGATIONS)

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Under the general guidance of the Director of Investigations,
the incumbent is responsible for front line customer services in relation to walk-in clients and telephone enquiries.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Associate Degree in Social Work, Law, Paralegal training, Social Science, Urban Planning, Public
- Administration, Management Studies, or any other related discipline
- Three (3) years working experience
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Ability to listen, comprehend and reproduce oral and written statements.
