Job Purpose
- To develop the strategic direction of the Company’s human resources and to provide technical support to the Managing
- Director in the creation and implementation of the Company’s
- HR Policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of the goals and objectives of the Company.
- Manpower planning/strategies implemented
- Competent and motivated staff recruited and retained
- Confirmation, transfers, promotions and separations processed
- Personnel statistics recorded and analyzed
- Reports prepared
- Grievance investigated
- Discipline and grievance procedures administered
The post-holder should be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- High level of confidentiality
- Excellent interviewing and counselling skills
- Excellent judgment, decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of compensation and benefits administration
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Human Resources Procedural Manual
- Expert knowledge of human resource management and development
- Good knowledge of the Labour Laws and regulations
- Competent in administering the recruitment process
- Working knowledge of the relevant computer systems and
Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least three (3) years related working experience in a Human
- Supervisory Management Certification
