A Leading Financial Company with branches islandwide invites applications from Kingston for the following position: FINANCE & ACCOUNTS MANAGER
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accounting operations to include the production of financial reports, maintenance of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls.
The candidate must:
- Demonstrate strong budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis skills; monitor general accounting practices; coordinate with external auditors, lenders and CPA firm;
- Establish and maintain banking and vendor relationships; manage cash flow positions; review financial contracts, financing agreements and insurance policies;
- Track high volume corporate client accounts and build a strong financial team ensuring compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures and local business regulations.
- Prepare tax returns, quantify and document income tax liabilities for tax returns, extensions and estimated payment
- Payroll Management (Monthly and Fortnightly)
The Candidate should have:
- First Degree and/or MBA in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years’ working experience in a similar capacity
- Knowledge of accounting software in particular Great Plains (GP)
- Own a reliable motor vehicle

- Ability to work on own initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel
