- REQUIREMENTS:
- The Applicant Must have 5 years plus years of experience on a practical basis
- Preferable Villa experience
- Be Passionate and provide excellent customer service in villa setting
- Responsible for ensuring kitchen s run efficiently and effectively
- Highly organised and punctual with meal delivery to guests
- Hardworking And able to work with others well.
- Work Long hours and ability to work well under pressure
- To focus on guests needs and remain calm and courteous at all times.
- Must be a team player, strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Demonstrate knowledge of budget planning and financial controls
- Develop Menus for guests with all dietary needs
- Ability to purchase in responsible and economical quantities for guests
- Cater To Variety of international cuisine
- Able To Desserts, pastries, breads
- Creative Displays And Showcasing including fruit carvings and ice sculptures
- Hands On Approach to diverse situations of villa and guest stay
- Computer literate
