Alliance Financial Services Limited a member of the Sagicor Group is seeking a suitable candidate to join our Office of the CEO in the capacity of: Executive Assistant
Location: Kingston
As an Executive Assistant, you will:

Provide efficient administrative and secretarial assistance to the Chief Executive Officer, Alliance Financial Services Limited.Provide Executive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Alliance Financial Services team.
- Manage and coordinate an extremely active calendar of appointments.
- Manage the Chief Executive Officer’s incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, emails and faxes by evaluating enquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls for the CEO.
- Create and maintain an accurate filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Provide information for reports and records through research, data retrieval, compilation and/ or tabulation of statistics, and organizing and presenting the information in a format that is understandable.
- Establish and maintain a system to track and report vacation leave for the Leadership team and their direct reports.
- Ensure that Board and Committee meeting papers are submitted within the stipulated timeframes in preparation for meetings.
- Act as a liaison with management team ensuring all deliverables are submitted within the stipulated timeframes.
- Log and follow up on client complaints.
- Prepare documents for meetings with the Board of Directors.
- Perform other related duties assigned from time to time.
What do you need?
- Do you possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Studies or equivalent qualification from a recognized tertiary institution.
- At least four (4) years’ working experience as a senior secretary or in a similar capacity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of the operations within the Banking/ Financial Sector and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good analytical and team skills.
- Expert knowledge of computer software packages including word processing, PowerPoint and/ or Prezi and spreadsheet packages.
