Description
We are seeking (5) full time customer service agents that can speak perfect American English.

Agents will be handling customer queries via Emails, Live Chats and voice calls
  • This will be a full time position, 40 hours per week fully so we are seeking committed professionals.
  • Schedule may vary so flexibility is a must
  • Opportunities for grow on the account.
  • Must be very professional and punctual.
  • Training will be paid.
Interested applicants MUST meet the following requirements -
  1. Ability to speak English fluently.
  2. MUST have experience with taking Live Chats and email support
  3. MUST have DIGICEL high speed internet of at least 15mbps download and 5mbps Upload.
  4. MUST have a fast and reliable computer with at least 4 to 8 gigs of RAM and a dual core CPU with clock speed 1.9Ghz or higher.
  5. MUST have at least 2 years call center experience
  6. MUST own a noise canceling call center style headset and have a extremely quiet workspace.
