We are seeking (5) full time customer service agents that can speak perfect American English.
Agents will be handling customer queries via Emails, Live Chats and voice calls

- This will be a full time position, 40 hours per week fully so we are seeking committed professionals.
- Schedule may vary so flexibility is a must
- Opportunities for grow on the account.
- Must be very professional and punctual.
- Training will be paid.
Interested applicants MUST meet the following requirements -
- Ability to speak English fluently.
- MUST have experience with taking Live Chats and email support
- MUST have DIGICEL high speed internet of at least 15mbps download and 5mbps Upload.
- MUST have a fast and reliable computer with at least 4 to 8 gigs of RAM and a dual core CPU with clock speed 1.9Ghz or higher.
- MUST have at least 2 years call center experience
- MUST own a noise canceling call center style headset and have a extremely quiet workspace.
