Japan International Cooperation Agency, JICA, is the Agency for the Japanese Government's Official Development Assistance programmes. JICA Jamaica Office invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of: Administrative Assistant
JOB PURPOSE:
- supporting all the staff of JICA Jamaica Office in the implementation of JICA's cooperation programmes in Jamaica.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Recent graduate with College Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Business Administration (at least two years of education after high school)
- Must have proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must have good interpersonal skills, being sensitive to cross-cultural environment
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Must submit at least one letter of recommendation
- Preferably be available to start working by 1st September, 2021
- Preferably with three (3) years of working experience
