We Are Working (under Achieve Test Prep) is a fully-managed staffing solution provider. We work with small and medium sized businesses to identify roles they need to fill, document their processes, hire qualified candidates offshore, and then train, monitor and coach the hires.

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our dedicated team. This is a critical role responsible for developing, executing and fostering a collaborative business partnership between We Are Working and select clients. This role will build, manage, and execute a client success strategy and build customer relationships at senior/decision maker levels.


Responsibilities:

  • Meets with Clients regularly to encourage new business and to ensure satisfaction and renewal.
  • Oversees, evaluates and helps train and coach support staff who are responsible for Client support to ensure consistent high quality results.
  • Collaborates with senior business leaders to suggest improvements and participates in projects to implement policy changes.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment, and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Must be able to write and speak fluently in English
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm EST
  • Education Level - College/University graduate preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience as a client account manager (sales, support or blended)
  • Strong human relations, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Effective time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including; Word, Excel and Power Point and/or Google Suite including: Docs, Sheets and Slides.
