Ryzetel Ltd. is seeking CLOSERS to enrol potential clients who have inquired about their product.
This position is not for order-takers - WE NEED CLOSERS!
Job Description:
This is a full time position located in Barbican, St. Andrew for Sales Specialists focused on closing sales by assisting customers. Sales Specialists focus on Ryzetel Ltd. product sales and client satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and advise customers on the best product solution for their needs
- Prepare estimates and invoices for customers
- Inform existing customers of new products
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Expedite the resolution of customer complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and management
Education, Skills & Experience
- At least 4 Passes in CXC/CSEC including English and Mathematics
- High level of energy with strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to work closely with customers and team members to provide excellent service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications Excel, word and publishing software
- Punctuality
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Target driven
- Prior sales experience
- Ability to neutralize accent is a plus
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check (police record)
Salary:
- Starting at JMD $500/hr (up to JMD $1,370/hr)
